Don 'Big Dee' Jones - President
I have been a proud member of the Buffalo Soldiers/Troopers MC, Hartford Chapter, since 2005. I am married with four sons. I am presently a 21-year veteran with the Connecticut State Police. I am a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University. I enjoy riding my 1998 Honda Valkyrie up and down the east coast with fellow members and with other motorcycle enthusiasts. I am involved in coaching high school baseball and I am also a high school basketball referee.

I ride a Victory Cross-Country and I've been a member of the Buffalo Soldiers since 2008.
I am also a certified scuba diver instructor - PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer - and get a real thrill being in the water with sea creatures of all shapes and sizes!

Shawn 'Shocka' Bolden - Treasurer
I am one of the co-founders of the Hartford chapter previously serving as the chapter vice president and I am now in the role of Treasurer. I have been riding motorcycles for over 20 years and currently enjoy riding a Harley-Davidson Ultra. I also coach youth football in my town.

Ray 'Scout' Kitchens - Road Captain
Born and raised in Hartford , CT. I graduated from Weaver High School, Columbia Basin Junior College ( Pasco , Washington ) and the University of Connecticut . I played football for all three. I was also a Life guard for 18 years in Hartford. I joined the Bloomfield Police Dept. in November of 1973 where I was an EMT and firearms instructor for several years, as well as being a member of the motorcycle squad. I retired as a Sergeant in January of 1995. I drove limousines and tour buses for 5 years then went back to the Bloomfield Police Dept. and Dispatched for 5 years. I have been riding motorcycles since 1968 and my motorcycle of choice has always been Honda. I currently drive a 2001 Honda Gold Wing.

Abe 'Deek-En' Blassingame and I've been riding about 10 years. I ride a 2009 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Prior to my years at Hamilton I was a drummer, working with Ray Charles, Brother Jack McDuff and Jimmy McGriff over those years. I retired last year from Hamilton Sundstrand after 30 1/2 years. Free at last, let's RIDE!
